I believe mental health thrives when we live in alignment with who we truly are. In a world full of noise, expectations, and pressure to conform, I help clients reconnect with their authentic selves—without judgment, shame, or performance. I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can process emotions, build insight, and develop the tools to live with greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.

I work with adults (18+) navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, grief, and major life transitions. I also specialize in career counseling—whether you're a high-performer in a demanding role or feeling directionless and stuck, our work can help you realign with what truly matters to you.

My style is grounded, collaborative, and focused on you. I believe that each client, with their unique challenges, identities, and life perspectives, may resonate differently with various theoretical perspectives. For this reason, I use a range of techniques from approaches such as CBT, IFS, Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices. No matter the approach, I prioritize interventions supported by research to improve my clients’ mental health and well-being.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and have completed internships at Calvin University’s Center for Counseling and Wellness, working exclusively with college students, and at the Counseling Center of West Michigan in private practice.
